It gets three stars because it came broken with the butterfly broken off. The metal is thin so I feel like even if it wasn’t broken there is a good chance it could break after a little wear and tear. It was very pretty so if it was just a defect then I would rate it higher. This was a gift for someone we had traveled out of town to see so it was more difficult to return.I really like the look of the lights, but if you want them to significantly brighten up your outdoor space at night, these probably aren't for you. They do stay lit for a decent amount of time too compared to other solar powered things I have. These lights were perfect for what I was looking for which was mainly decorative to matchother metal insect decor I have, so I love them. I do think the price point is a bit high, but more manageable if you purchase the twin pack.It never worked! Waste of money.I was given one similar and loved it however it died after 1 week. So far this one has lasted. We get a lot of sun and it's in a location that gets about 5-6 hours a day. The bulb is fairly bright and it casts a subdued light through the pattern on the metal sectionLove this!I bought this for my daughter for her 40th birthday. She absolutely loves it. It's just the right amount of light to lighten up her walkway. She's going to purchase another one for the other side of her walkway.I'm truly surprised that this actually works. At dusk the ball lights up and is lit all night. Soft glow that lights up the moon nicely. Totally worth the price.Works great, lovely to look at even during the day
