Product is as described. However, some of the ends on the rod came damaged, but I think it will be okay with out them. Casings are tights, which is good. Easy to put together and install. Two of the pulleys came apart. . .not assembled, but parts were there and easy to put together. One tie back was completely broken. Had to replace it at the hardware store. Otherwise, nice sun shades. Working great keeping sun off our patio.I found this sunshade very practical attractive and essential to get my west facing house cooled down...until my baby oak tree grows up...this will be used very often. I like the construction. The color is great! The cords and tie offs could easier to deal with...and the instructions for said chords we judge to be a fail. I am sure someday we will go visit a friend's house...and they will have resolved the cord issue. And Noone will have died in the process.I didn't like that the poles are scratched up which makes me think someone returned it. Even though you can't really see the poles after assembling. Very easy to install and durability hope so but only time will tell.I was a little hesitant based on some negative reviews but these shades are better than expected considering the cost. I didn’t want too many moving parts or plastic shade parts that wouldn’t support the weight. I have two 84” wide x 82” high units side by side mounted on my outdoor pergola to block late day sun. They work as advertised and with the ability to anchor the lower rods, they did quite well under windy conditions. Not sure how they will wear over time, but I was very happy with them.Our patio is now about 10 degrees cooler with this shade in place. Mounting it below our steel patio cover was a little tricky, but after 3 weeks in placed day and night, it has survived and works great. It's just dense enough for privacy, to not be able to see our neighbors 100 feet away, and vice versa, but we can see sky horizon and dark tree line through this screen. We'll get another larger one for the larger patio.I needed an inexpensive roller shade to provide me with some shade for my deck. These shades did the trick. I could have spent a lot more money but it wouldn't have been worth it. These work just fine. They were pretty easy to install and all the parts were there. BEWARE: They come folded and the rods are in two pieces so the width of the boxes are shorter than the size of the shade. At first I thought that they shipped the wrong ones... they didn't.Would have given 5 star, there is a small hole 3/8", which doesn't look to bad, will live with it.I like it to block the sun..
